Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the workshop: Please call That Art Place at (254) 613-4292 to cancel your reservation. Your payment will be issued as studio credit on a digital gift card, which can be used toward any future class, workshop, or walk-in project. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop: We are unable to offer a refund, studio credit, or reschedule due to limited seating and advance material preparation. However, you have two options: Complete your project during a walk-in visit: Call the studio within 7 days of your scheduled workshop, and we'll hold your project materials so you can complete the same project on your own. Transfer your reservation to a friend: Call the studio at (254) 613-4292 at least 2 hours before the workshop to transfer your reservation.
