Celebrate the fall season by creating handmade clay pumpkins together! In this family-friendly workshop, each participant will hand-build and decorate their own ceramic pumpkin using slabs of clay and simple sculpting techniques. Our instructor will guide you step by step, making this a fun experience for beginners and experienced creators alike.
Each pumpkin can be personalized with its own shape, texture, and details, making every creation one of a kind. Whether you display them together as a festive fall centerpiece or throughout your home, you'll have handmade decorations to enjoy year after year.
After class, your pumpkins will remain at the studio to dry before being kiln-fired. Our staff will glaze each pumpkin in the glaze color of your choice and fire it a second time to create a beautiful, durable finish. Finished pumpkins are typically ready for pickup in about 3 weeks, and we'll send you a text as soon as they're ready.
This workshop is recommended for ages 4 and up.
Each participant must reserve a seat and will create their own pumpkin. Children should be accompanied by a participating adult.
